F30 Rainbow

Multi layered colourful sponge cake, the Rainbow Cake, is filled with multiple layers of different coloured sponge cakes layered in between creamy and light Mascarpone and hints of fresh lemon juice to balance its sweetness. The cake is covered with rainbow layered cream all around the exterior topped with more colourful sprinkles (because we can't have a rainbow cake without adding as much colour as we could right?) 🌈
